Morsel provides digital ordering, payment and restaurant engagement services that enable customers to browse menus, place orders, pay bills, split bills, leave tips and access receipts at participating restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels and other hospitality establishments ("Merchant").
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Morsel platform, including QR code ordering, Order at Table, Pay at Table, online ordering, payment links and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

Morsel may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on the Morsel website or within the Services and shall become effective upon publication.
Morsel provides technology that enables customers to interact digitally with participating Merchants.
Morsel is not the seller, supplier, manufacturer or provider of any food, beverages or other products offered by a Merchant.
All products, pricing, menu descriptions, allergens, nutritional information, availability, preparation, service quality, fulfilment and customer service remain the sole responsibility of the Merchant.
Depending on the Merchant, customers may be able to:

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before confirming an order.
Once submitted, an order may not be cancelled, modified or refunded where the Merchant has already accepted, prepared or fulfilled the order.
Morsel acts solely as a technology platform facilitating the transmission of orders to the Merchant.
Payments may be processed using payment methods made available by the Merchant, including:
All payment processing is performed by licensed payment service providers, acquiring banks and payment partners.
Morsel shall not be responsible for disputes between diners regarding payment allocation or settlement responsibilities.
Customers may voluntarily leave a gratuity or tip through the Services.
Tips are entirely optional and determined solely by the customer.
Following successful payment, customers may receive an electronic receipt through the Services or by email.
All software, technology, trademarks, branding, logos, designs, content and intellectual property associated with the Services remain the property of Morsel Technologies Ltd or its licensors.
Morsel processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
